Minister of Trade and Industry
Nevine Gamea and Minister of Environment Yasmine Fouad have held an expanded
meeting with senior officials from both ministries to review latest
preparations for the upcoming Sharm el-Sheik Climate Change conference (COP27)
to be held on November 6-18.
“Egypt’s hosting of this special
event is a major opportunity to present its green transition efforts in all
production and services sectors, amid a
global shift towards a net-zero carbon economy,” Gamea said.
The meeting also discussed the

Zone, opposite the Sharm El-Sheikh International Convention Center.
