Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine
Gamea has issued a decree specifying the requirements for customs clearance of imported
M1 passenger vehicles (up to seven seats other than the driver) for trading

geographical distribution, with service capacity commensurate with the number

keenness to ensure that vehicles imported to the local market meet safety and
security conditions,” Ibrahim al-Segginy, assistant minister for economic
affairs, said.
